Founding a company at the age of twenty, obtaining financial licences abroad and building an international fintech group from Czechia may sound unrealistic. David Kašper, CEO of Purple Holding and a graduate of NEWTON University, has done exactly that. His journey, however, was marked by major crises and moments close to burnout.
In an interview for the show Krotitel ředitelů (CEO Tamer), hosted by Jiří Jemelka from JPF Czech, Kašper shares how Purple Group grew from a teenage idea into a multi-sector fintech group, why learning to delegate was crucial, and how consciously stepping away for several months helped save both the company and himself.
The conversation offers a powerful reflection on modern leadership, personal vision and the idea that sustainable performance is built not on constant pressure, but on balance, trust and the ability to pause.
