How can we prepare students for a world where work, technology, and expectations are constantly changing? These were the key questions discussed at the Femme15 conference, where NEWTON University took part as an official partner.

During the programme, Veronika Koleňáková, Director of Professional Programmes at NEWTON University Group, spoke in the panel Inspiration from the Top. She shared her personal journey to a leadership role and reflected on the importance of education, personal growth, and authenticity as essential parts of a fulfilling career.

“Education must become a continuous process. It’s not only about knowledge but about the ability to adapt, think, and grow,” said Sandra Keyzlarová, Business Manager at NEWTON University, during another discussion panel Back to School.

The Femme15 conference took place in September at the Mánes Gallery in Prague and featured the FLOW podcast, focusing on current issues in education and personal development.
