We have moved the Brno campus of NEWTON University and Vysoká škola STING. From the new academic year 2025/2026 you will find us in the Machova Building in the Technology Park. At first glance, it may seem like just a change of address, but in reality it reflects the direction we are heading as a business school.

Imagine spending five days with people from ten different countries. They speak different languages, study different fields, and dream of different futures. Then you sit down with them at one table and start building a business that must hold up in front of an audience by the end of the week. No previous knowledge, no comfort zone. Just five days, a lot of energy, and a sharp deadline.

We encounter some form of manipulation almost every day. Most of us manipulate unconsciously, and only 20 percent of people are pathological manipulators. Unfortunately, it is these disturbed personalities that you may meet at work or are part of your family. Most often, a sense of power, a learned pattern of behavior, or a fear of failure is behind the manipulation. And some people simply enjoy it. But for everyday communication, manipulation is devastating, and if you can't fight back, it will grow into frustration, sadness, induce fear and anxiety, and attack your person and competence.
