Ludmila Hruban, our Academic Director of the Centre for International Programmes and the Language Centre, reflects in her article for Protisedi.cz on how to experience Christmas in a more mindful and meaningful way, without the pressure of excessive consumption or performance.

Drawing on her long term expertise in marketing, consumer behaviour and sustainability, she shows that real change begins with conscious choices, respect for traditions and a return to the true meaning of the holidays. A less consumer driven Christmas does not mean less joy.
