Real Education Begins with a Shift in Attitude and Taking Responsibility

A university degree alone is losing its weight in today's world unless backed by real skills and the right mindset. In the article, Jiří Koleňák introduces an educational philosophy inspired by Baťa's principles and the concept of "radical selfishness"—the ability to take care of oneself and one's life first, in order to subsequently be useful and beneficial to society as a whole.
